5) AI Transparency & Use Notice

Effective date: August 28, 2025

How AI is used. TCS uses AI models to: (i) transcribe speech to text, (ii) generate summaries and action items using prompts/templates you select, and (iii) suggest tags and structure. We do not use your content to train our models. AI outputs can be wrong; you remain responsible for final content shared with clients.

Human in the loop. Always review, edit and approve AI outputs. Do not rely on AI for medical, legal or crisis advice.

Data handling. We minimize personal data sent to model providers and use industry‑standard safeguards and contracts.
