Who we are. The Coach Scribe ("TCS") is developed and operated by Mobashil Group S.A., a global organization focused on practical, human‑centered technology. If you are in the EEA/UK, Mobashil is your data controller.

What we collect.

• Account & Profile: name, email, password hash, organization,

  role, locale.

• Service Data you save: client names, session notes, tasks,

  attachments, tags, and metadata you choose to store. When you connect Google Drive, transcripts and summaries are stored in your own Drive folders under your control.

• Recordings & Transcription: recordings you initiate from

  your device; we transcribe and generate AI summaries as instructed by you. Audio files are not retained by us once processing completes, except transiently to provide the service. When configured, transcripts and summaries are written to your Google Drive.

• Usage & Device: app interactions, diagnostics, crash logs,

  device/OS, IP, approximate location/time zone.

• Integrations (if enabled): Google Drive/Calendar; WhatsApp

  transport via provider; payments via links (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We receive only data needed to enable each integration.

• Cookies/Local Storage: for authentication, preferences,

  analytics and consent.

How we use data (purposes & legal bases).

• Provide and improve the Services (contract / legitimate interests).

• Transcribe audio and generate summaries at your request (contract).

• Personalize features, ensure security and prevent abuse (legitimate

  interests).

• Communicate about updates, security and billing (contract/legal).

• Marketing with your opt‑in and opt‑out choices (consent/legitimate

  interests as applicable).

• Compliance with law and enforcement (legal obligation/legitimate

  interests).

Sharing. We share with vendors under contract (hosting, analytics, email, communications, transcription, payments). If you enable integrations, we share what’s necessary per your settings. We may disclose to comply with law or in a business transfer. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers. If data is transferred internationally, we use lawful mechanisms (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK IDTA) and appropriate safeguards.

Retention. We keep data while you have an account and as required for business/legal purposes. You can request deletion; some data may persist in backups for a limited time.

Your rights.

• EEA/UK: access, rectification, erasure, restriction,

  portability, objection; withdraw consent.

• US states (CA/VA/CO/CT/UT and others): rights to know/access,

  delete, correct, opt‑out of targeted advertising/“sale,” and limit use of sensitive data. We do not knowingly “sell” personal data.

• Global: rights under your local law.

Security. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no method is 100% secure.

Children. Not for children under 13 (or 16 in EEA). We do not knowingly collect such data.

Changes. We will post updates here and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified in‑app or by email.
