2) Terms of Service

Effective date: August 28, 2025

Acceptance. By using The Coach Scribe, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility. You must be 18+ (or age of majority) and capable of entering a contract.

Accounts. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & Billing. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Prices, taxes and features are shown at checkout. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non‑refundable. Free trials are time‑limited and feature‑limited; recording sessions in free trial stop after 25 minutes and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at our discretion, without obligation. Trials convert to paid unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Your Content. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate, maintain and improve the Service, and as you instruct (including via integrations). You represent you have necessary rights and consent to process client data. We are not a party to your agreements with your clients and have no responsibility for services you provide to them.

AI Features. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them; do not use for emergency, medical, or legal advice. You control prompts, templates, and what you share with clients.

No Professional Advice; Not a Healthcare or Legal Service. The Service and AI outputs are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or mental health). We do not create a clinician–patient or attorney–client relationship and we are not a covered entity under HIPAA.

Recording & Consent. You are solely responsible for complying with all recording/consent laws applicable to your sessions, including obtaining and documenting prior informed consent from participants and honoring revocations. We are not responsible for your failure to obtain consent or for how you choose to capture or share recordings, transcripts, or summaries.

Service Limits. To protect the Service and all users, technical and policy limits apply:

• Recording duration: 60 minutes per session (hard cap) on

  paid plans. During free trials, each recording session is capped at 25 minutes and may be further limited or terminated at our discretion. Recording stops automatically at the cap; start a new session to continue.

• Fair use & rate limits: We may enforce reasonable limits on

  requests, AI generations, transcription minutes, storage, and bandwidth to prevent abuse and preserve system stability.

• Concurrency caps: Limits may apply to the number of simultaneous

  recordings, uploads, or AI tasks per account.

• Trial data retention: Trial content may be deleted at any time

  and we have no obligation to retain or export trial data.

• Geographic/feature availability: Certain features or

  integrations may be unavailable or restricted in some regions or for some accounts.

• Changes: We may modify limits over time; material adverse

  changes for paid plans will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable Use. No unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive use; no malware, scraping without permission, reverse engineering, or circumventing security/rate limits.

Third‑Party Services. Integrations (e.g., Google, WhatsApp provider, Stripe/PayPal) have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

Disclaimers. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind (express, implied, or statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that summaries or transcripts will be accurate or error‑free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

Limitation of Liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Mobashil Group S.A. nor its affiliates are liable for indirect/special/consequential damages or lost profits/revenues/data. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US$100.

Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mobashil Group S.A., its affiliates, and their personnel from and against any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your content, your use of the Service (including recording/transcription), or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination. You may stop using TCS at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Sections intended to survive will survive termination.

Governing Law & Venue. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflicts of law rules. You may benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
